The way it works is simple: complete an eligible activity and get rewarded with a gift card.

To get started, you’ll need to complete registration on Wellcare.Healthmine.com. There,
you’ll find a few easy steps to get your account up and running as well as the full list of eligible
activities you can be rewarded for completing.*

Medicare Rewards

Earn money through the Healthy Rewards program, when you complete routine screenings and take care of yourself.

Everyone's health is a little different, so your eligible rewards may vary.

• Complete a Breast Cancer Screening and earn $40.

• Complete a Bone Density Test and earn $50

• Complete a Colorectal Screening and earn $25

• Complete a Diabetic Eye Exam and earn $25

• Complete a Kidney Screening and earn $25

• Complete a HbA1c Test and earn $25.

• Get your Flu Vaccine and earn $25.

• Go to your Annual Wellness Visit and earn $50.

Requirements for Earning Rewards
